Just remember that if you put your shop on vacation mode in etsy, it removes it all from the search engines and then take a long time to repopulate when you turn it back on. Most people now just put a announcement on the site so that doesn't happen. Have fun !
I have debating which I will do, but am concerned by just having a shop announcement, since I will be away for over a week, and in the past I have had customers who just don't read the shop announcement.
